This page provides InDesign or Photoshop template files for use when designing for the Library. Simply download the desired zipped file(s). It is recommended that, once downloaded, you keep the original files on your computer and make a copy for each new design you wish to create.

Include a separate image (.jpg or .png) to represent your submission when your users post to social. Link post image proportions should be a minimum of 600 x 315 pixels up to a recommended 1200 x 630 pixels.

POSTCARDS

No social post is required for postcards. These master templates also indicate non-printing areas. It’s a good practice to not position any address information near the bottom of the postcard because sometimes the USPS scanners may accidentally pick it up.
